Up front there’s saltiness, citrus and delicate furniture polish. The palate brings plenty of rich orange, dried fruit, festive spice and a note of barley sweets to finish. Don’t be afraid to open this up with a splash of good old cooncil juice!

On the nose warm aromas of butterscotch, toffee and vanilla, with some citrus fruits. On the palate it is sweet and spicy; fresh fruits and honey combine to create a long, warming finish.View ProductBalblair 198370cl / 46.00% ABV£500.00 Out of stock
Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.View ProductArdbeg Uigeadail70cl / 54.20% ABV£62.99
