The nose kicks off like a walk through a summer garden, finished off with round of buttered granary toast with honey. The palate is big, the floral notes giving way to pears in syrup, some lightly charred oak and a touch of salt.

Coconut, buttered toast, resinous wood, dried apricot, sweet hay. Then more dried fruit, orange zest, honey, vanilla and a sappy green note to the finish.View ProductBalvenie 12 Year Old First Fill Single Barrel70cl / 47.80% ABV£59.99 Out of stock
A ten year old heavily peated Speyside malt whisky. An explosion of aromatic peat reek, with fragrant hints of honey, fruit and mellow oak on the nose. The palate is an avalanche of peat, followed by an extravagant and complex mix of fruit, heather, nuts, oak wood and spices.View ProductBenriach 10 Year Old “Curiositas”70cl / 40% ABV£38.99 Out of stock
