Notes
Ripe red apples and citrus, light honey and just a subtle hint of ash. A delicate touch of woodsmoke joins more fruit, honey and vanilla on the palate, with a malty, Special K note.

The nose kicks off like a walk through a summer garden, finished off with round of buttered granary toast with honey. The palate is big, the floral notes giving way to pears in syrup, some lightly charred oak and a touch of salt.

Salted milk chocolate, pecans drizzled in honey, baked apples with a dusting of icing sugar. A very engaging palate, it asks to be sipped again; light and sweet at first, with malty characters of butter pastry and enduring mouthfeel.

Intense sherry and stewed fruits, with a trace of Bowmore smokiness on the nose. Delicious toffee and hazelnut, woven together with just a hint of sweet peat smoke on the palate with a mellow, gentle and incredibly complex finish.
