Notes
A rich nose of vanilla custard, pecans, maple syrup, but with fresh, green pine tips, The palate doesn’t disappoint, with warm lemon zest, cashews and a buttery croissant finish. This is good whiskey.

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.
