Initial aromas of orange lead on to marzipan notes, royal icing, honey and delicate floral hints. With time comes honeydew melon, nutmeg and butterscotch. A pleasantly dry finish of orange zest.

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.
