Notes
Smouldering peat smokiness, with coal tar and a smell of the sea. Citrus, fresh mint, tropical fruits, grainy cereals and scrubbed pine. Late on, creamy toffee, lemon zest, chopped mint and sweet young oak. A complex of simple tastes: salt and vinegar on fresh chips wrapped in paper; mints; wax; fresh wood; old crates.
