Initially lots of salted butterscotch, then some banana sweets and Crunchy Nut Cornflake notes. Milk chocolate,some fruit and a buttery element to the palate, with just a touch of pepper in the finish.

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.
