Distillery Notes:

Nose: Sweet honey, sugared almonds and soft spices married with tropical fruit notes and sweet vanilla.

Taste: A wonderful myriad of flavours dance on the palate. Layers of tropical and citrus fruits are balanced by complex yet harmonised notes of sweet cassia bark, moist ginger cake and warming maple syrup. Light cacao notes then emerge alongside roasted Arabica coffee beans in a robust but refined expression.

Each release of Fettercairn Warehouse 2 Single Malt will showcase a maturation journey that enhances the tropical distillery character derived from the copper cooling ring distillation process. Batch No. 002 has been aged in first fill ex-American Rye barrels and first fill ex-Bourbon barrels.
