Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and enhanced by hand-selected Rivesaltes Sweet Wine, Matusalem, Amoroso and small batch Bourbon casks.
Nose: Manuka honey, dark toffee and aged vanilla pods
Palate: Warm honey, maple syrup and spiced dark fruits
Finish: Antique honey, old English marmalade and sweet spice.
