Notes
Sweet orange oil and burnt sugar, gingernut biscuits, hints of nutmeg and pepper on the nose. A sip is sweet at first, with creamy vanilla toffee notes giving way to citrus and a peppery finish.

Plenty of ripe pears, nectarines and peaches alongside a fair whack of cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is all crystalised fruits – ginger, orange peel and cherry, with the odd one perhaps dipped in chocolate.
