Notes
Sweet hickory glazed ham at first, then the briney seabreeze you’re expecting, together with green peppercorns, oily smoked mussels, squeezed lemon and green apple. On the palate the salty notes mingle with melon tones and the finish is a lasting campfire smoke with a pleasant oily mouthfeel.

A ten year old heavily peated Speyside malt whisky. An explosion of aromatic peat reek, with fragrant hints of honey, fruit and mellow oak on the nose. The palate is an avalanche of peat, followed by an extravagant and complex mix of fruit, heather, nuts, oak wood and spices.
