Beautiful and elegant sparkling wine from the Loire Valley. 100% Cabernet Franc, hand picked, gentle pressed and 18 months’ maturation in cellar.
Winemaker’s note:
Owned today by renowned Champagne house Bollinger, their Crémant de Loire is an affordable alternative to French Champagne. Made in the “méthod Champenoise” tradition and according to strict rules governing harvesting and production similar to Champagne, this fresh wine with fine bubbles will leave a lasting impression.
Pale yellow color, with a complex nose of quince, peach, and grapefruit. A fresh, delicate taste with an elegant roundness. It pairs perfectly as an aperitif with hors-d’oeuvres and smoked salmon.

Winemaker’s note: There is a maturity with a touch of floral freshness for this cuvée, which expresses aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pears. A full and precise flavour followed by a fine freshness and a rich bouquet bear witness to the ageing of this cuvée in the House’s traditional cellars.

Taittinger is one of the last great independant Champagne Houses owned and actively managed by the family named on the label. Distinguished by a delicate nose marked by subtle brioche notes, it has a palate of considerable depth and balance with hints of honey and fresh fruit.
