Beautiful and elegant sparkling wine from the Loire Valley. 100% Cabernet Franc, hand picked, gentle pressed and 18 months’ maturation in cellar.
Winemaker’s note:
Owned today by renowned Champagne house Bollinger, their Crémant de Loire is an affordable alternative to French Champagne. Made in the “méthod Champenoise” tradition and according to strict rules governing harvesting and production similar to Champagne, this fresh wine with fine bubbles will leave a lasting impression.
Pale yellow color, with a complex nose of quince, peach, and grapefruit. A fresh, delicate taste with an elegant roundness. It pairs perfectly as an aperitif with hors-d’oeuvres and smoked salmon.

Moderately sparkling – frizzante rather than spumante – clean and slightly floral.

Winemaker’s note: Red berries on the nose; hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry A spicy touch. On the palate a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a tannic finish due to the adjunction of red wine. Bubbles as fine as velvet. Flavours of wild berries

Winemaker’s note: The De Nit blends the local white grape varieties with Monastrell, resulting in a lovely pale pink sparkling rosé. Aromas of citrus, white fruit and hints of fennel follow through to the palate which has an elegant mousse and lifted, long finish.
