Winemaker’s note:

The nose is contemplative and slightly constrained, with lifted aromatics of ripe melon, elderflower, gooseberry and zesty citrus underscored by hints of thyme. The palate is elegant, offering white peach, fresh lime and a hint of wild flower flavours. Layered and textured, the wine has lingering minerality on the finish.

A versatile wine that can be matched with goats’ cheese, oysters, seafood, chicken and pasta dishes…or sipped all by itself!
