Notes
Initially Parma Violets and rhubarb custard creams. A fresh spritz of grapefruit followed by a malty honeycomb sweetness.
The palate is maturity and complexity at its best. A rich and chewy palate with vanilla, fudge, tobacco and cured meats.
The finish: oh yes, it’s definitely a true Springbank with those coastal and earthy dunnage warehouse notes combining with honey glazed ham and waxy orange rind at the very end.

Salted milk chocolate, pecans drizzled in honey, baked apples with a dusting of icing sugar. A very engaging palate, it asks to be sipped again; light and sweet at first, with malty characters of butter pastry and enduring mouthfeel.
