Notes
Monnochmore describe this whisky as light and fruit with a smooth, mellow taste…and who are we to argue?! Orange, sweet banana and school custard.

On That Note
-
Soft brown sugar, touch of marzipan, peach, nutty oak, dollops of cream and chocolate: a boozy trifle

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.

Coconut, buttered toast, resinous wood, dried apricot, sweet hay. Then more dried fruit, orange zest, honey, vanilla and a sappy green note to the finish.
