Notes
Honey-drizzled dried apricots, cinnamon and ginger fudge. Chocolatey notes with time. More honey and spicey white pepper on the palate, with just the faintest hint of smoke.

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.

Coconut, buttered toast, resinous wood, dried apricot, sweet hay. Then more dried fruit, orange zest, honey, vanilla and a sappy green note to the finish.
