Notes
Delicate macadamia nuts, fruit cake notes and a salty, oily character to start. This gives way to malty notes, sweet caramel and a dry woodiness. On the palate sherry and nutty notes gives way to a deliciously oily, sea-breeze finish with hints of smoke peeking out throughout.

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.

Blackened bananas, stewed greengage, cracked black pepper. An intriguing nose! Fresh citrus on the palate, with honey and delicate peat smoke, rolling around to more citrus and a touch of mint on the finish.
