Notes
A sweet blast of vanilla, honey and figs up front gives way to a dollop of strawberry jam, with just enough citrus peel to keep it fresh. Dangerously drinkable with a splash of water.

Blackened bananas, stewed greengage, cracked black pepper. An intriguing nose! Fresh citrus on the palate, with honey and delicate peat smoke, rolling around to more citrus and a touch of mint on the finish.

Salted milk chocolate, pecans drizzled in honey, baked apples with a dusting of icing sugar. A very engaging palate, it asks to be sipped again; light and sweet at first, with malty characters of butter pastry and enduring mouthfeel.

Dark chocolate and coffee mingle with oily smoked fish, cracked black pepper and lemon balm. On the palate more dark chocolate, smoky bacon, cloves, burnt toffee, an oily, briny texture and a tarry finish. Beach, bonfire, friends.
