Notes
Green apple, kippers, lemon bonbons, charred porridge oats and sweet hay. On the palate there is sweet, light fruit, joined quickly by gentle woodsmoke. The finish brings a refreshing hit of lemon oil. I rather like it!

Digestive biscuits covered in slices of banana, chocolate chips and a drizzle of honey. On the palate it shows from soft, sweet spice and a golden syrup finish.

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.
