Green apple, kippers, lemon bonbons, charred porridge oats and sweet hay. On the palate there is sweet, light fruit, joined quickly by gentle woodsmoke. The finish brings a refreshing hit of lemon oil. I rather like it!

Vanilla sponge cake, light cinnamon spice and custard on the nose. Icing sugar on the palate, with continued gentle spice, and a growing woodiness, like fresh pencil shavings.
