Notes
Salted fudge, rich leather, sweet dried apricot. Then on the palate there is orange blossom honey, sherry notes, delicate spice and lovely oily mouthfeel. Orange oil rolls back around to give a long finish that just keeps on going.

Plenty of ripe pears, nectarines and peaches alongside a fair whack of cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is all crystalised fruits – ginger, orange peel and cherry, with the odd one perhaps dipped in chocolate.
