Notes
Adelphi’s Blended Whisky is a bit different from most! A blend of malt and grain kept in a solara system, and the distilleries involved are top secret!
The nose is exciting, lots of sea-air and orchard fruits. More of the coastal notes on the palate, with lovely cigar box and biscuity qualities along with apples and pears. The finish is long; reminiscent of a quality calvados enjoyed beside the warm embers of a hearth fire!

The nose kicks off like a walk through a summer garden, finished off with round of buttered granary toast with honey. The palate is big, the floral notes giving way to pears in syrup, some lightly charred oak and a touch of salt.

Digestive biscuits covered in slices of banana, chocolate chips and a drizzle of honey. On the palate it shows from soft, sweet spice and a golden syrup finish.
