Tangy spring crop rhubarb, macerated with warming Oriental ginger and a little lemon zest, come together with our Edinburgh Gin Classic to create a naturally aromatic rose-coloured liqueur. Sweet, with just a touch of spice, it’s delicious with ginger beer or as a base for cocktails or even as it comes over ice.
