Green apple and honey on the nose. Plenty of vanilla on the palate, with intense heather honey on the finish and a little gentle spice.


The famed 'Maritime Malt' perhaps isn't quite as salty as it was back in the day, but you still get a lovely touch of it alongside the juicy citrus and caramelised banana sweetness.


Sweet notes of apple, warmed pastry and cinnamon. Baked apple, brown sugar, vanilla with spices of cinnamon and ginger. Drying finish but still has a note of vanilla sweetness throughout.


Creamy fudge, green apples, oak, slightly salty on the nose. The palate brings vanilla and warm spicy tones. A lovely oily character and hints of nuts and dried fruit.


Distillery Notes: Notes of Turkish delight and rose petals on the nose balanced with candied fruits and grapes followed by rich leather and a beautiful peppery spice. A hint of chocolate comes through at the back. Creamy mouthfeel packed full of almonds, barley and sweet malt with notes of peppery Ledaig, which give way to black raspberries, sweet vanilla and cocoa interspersed with cinnamon spice and hints of freshly cut grass. Lingering smoky finish with red fruit and sea spray. The Sinclair Series pays homage to our Founder, John Sinclair, with a number of delicious whiskies handcrafted at our distillery.  This Ledaig Rioja Finish is the first release in this series.


Digestive biscuits covered in slices of banana, chocolate chips and a drizzle of honey. On the palate it shows from soft, sweet spice and a golden syrup finish.


Young and intensely SMOKY, with a rich explosive mouthfeel of CHOCOLATE, TAR and SAVOURY MEATS. Cracked BLACK PEPPER and sappy PINE RESIN on the snout.


Vanilla millefeuille, light pear, tinned peaches and delicate banana on the nose, with a delighful lift of sweet green herbal notes. On the palate there is more fruit and pastry, joined by a hint of chocolate and an element of ginger spice to the finish. A delicate dram that begs for another sip.


Distillery Notes: A Limited Bottling from Lindores Abbey Distillery. Matured exclusively in Bourbon Barrels of exceptional quality for over three years, developing a distinctive profile. This Lindores Single Malt is bottled at the distillery at our unique Limited-Edition strength of 49.4% ABV. Nose: Mellow fruity, red apples and pears combined with sweet vanilla, butterscotch and custard with citrus touches. Palate: Vanilla mixed with orchard fruits like green cooking apples, citric pith with a hint of bitterness covered with oaky wood notes and spicy peppery touches.

Distillery Notes: Nose: Warm honey, Alphonso mangos, brioche, cocoa, subtle forest fruits and waves of rose water. Taste: Passionfruit, papaya, red berries and grape must harmonised with sugared almonds, patisserie spice and heather honey. Each release of Fettercairn Warehouse 2 Single Malt will showcase a maturation journey that enhances the tropical distillery character derived from the copper cooling ring distillation process. Batch No. 003 has been aged in Ex-Bourbon Barrels, Rum Barrels and French Red Wine Barriques.


Distillery Note: An Islay single malt that is matured in ex-bourbon barrels, barrier-filtered and bottled at natural distillery strength Sweet cereals with biscuit notes on the nose, fresh oak, smoked cedar and Manuka honey. Amsterdam pipe tobacco, shoe polish and old leather combined with a touch of waxy church candle, vanilla cream, nutmeg and oak extracts. Floral with spicy oak tannins, iodine and sea salt. Sweet and spicy on the palate, with burnt oak staves, barbecued marshmallows, toffee and sea salt, vanilla and Belgium caramel waffles. Roasted coffee fudge cream on sticky toffee pudding, with a hint of white pepper and crushed cinnamon. The finish is floral with spicy oak tannins, iodine and sea salt.


Length, freshness, balance, elegance and light! The nose is delicate, fine and complex. Notes of green apple and vine peach bring a fruity touch. Nice roundness on the palate, long and refreshing finish. A perfect celebration champagne!
