Notes
Green apple, steel, sandy seashore, light bonfire smoke. On the palate hints of banana and more smoke. An oily texture in the finish, with spicy black pepper and charcoal elements.

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.
