Notes
Vanilla sponge cake and milk chocolate buttons straight away, giving way to caramel, oranges and sweet red apples, then with notes of tobacco and coffee beans coming through. On the palate panettone elements and a pleasant nutmeg spice in the finish.

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.

Blackened bananas, stewed greengage, cracked black pepper. An intriguing nose! Fresh citrus on the palate, with honey and delicate peat smoke, rolling around to more citrus and a touch of mint on the finish.
