Notes
Juicy red grapes, raspberries and redcurrants followed by stewed strawberries and mint humbugs on the nose. On the palate, initially, a rich sweetness of marzipan, prunes and raisins, developing into orange rind, dark chocolate and vanilla cheesecake. The finish brings red apple, digestive biscuits, wholemeal toast, black cherries and almonds.

Salted milk chocolate, pecans drizzled in honey, baked apples with a dusting of icing sugar. A very engaging palate, it asks to be sipped again; light and sweet at first, with malty characters of butter pastry and enduring mouthfeel.

Blackened bananas, stewed greengage, cracked black pepper. An intriguing nose! Fresh citrus on the palate, with honey and delicate peat smoke, rolling around to more citrus and a touch of mint on the finish.
