Fermented in barrels and from old vines, Redoma is a balanced rosé with enough structure and finesse to be enjoyed with food. With the freshness of a white and the complexity of a red, it offers a different perspective of a rosé.
The nose shows pleasant oaky notes complemented by a bouquet of dried flowers and hints of red berries. This Redoma Rosé
owes its freshness to its high acidity and offers excellent balance on the palate: it is dry and culminates in a long, lingering finish. It is
an excellent rosé for food pairings, with a good cellaring potential, much like its previous vintages.
FOOD SUGGESTIONS Oysters, oven-baked fish, poultry and other white meats. Vegetarian pairings: dishes based on root
vegetables (turnips, sweet potato and beetroot), Caesar salad, cheese.
