This is definitely a Grenache-driven GSM! 12 months in French oak has provided the perfect framework for the deep-fruited, dark cherry, strawberry and mineral laden palate with a lovely savoury lick of supple fine-grain tannin. Gentle refreshing acidity gives great line and drives the brooding and delicious fruit through to a lingering finish.
Deep red in colour with youthful violet hints, the wine has aromas of rose petals, lifted red fruits and a hint of lime marmalade from the co-fermentation with the aromatic Eden Valley Riesling. Wild cherries, blueberries and balanced spicy oak make for an opulent palate, with velvety tannins and an intriguing finish.View ProductDandelion Lion’s Tooth of McLaren Vale Shiraz-Riesling75cl / 14.5% ABV£13.99
