Oosh! Stick your nose in that glass! There’s no denying the cask influence with lots of sherry, oak and plenty of spirit. Look beyond that, though, to notes of honey, baked apple and nutty toffee. Pepper and spice on the palate is balanced by a welcome creaminess and a long finish.

Bananas fried in butter and rum, butterscotch sweeties on the nose. More sweet fruit and toffee notes on the palate, joined by delicate spice and a pleasant woodiness on the finish.
