The Open Course Collection single malt has been crafted using a combination of whisky from our unique straight neck pot stills and more traditional swan neck stills, then aged in organic American oak casks to create the signature fruit, honey and soft smoke style only found in Loch Lomond Single Malt Whisky. Distilled using predominantly unpeated organic barley with a small amount of peated organic barely.

Organic barley, casks from one of the greatest producers in Rioja, celebrating a golf tournament, it is easy to forget that this is a whisky, and a cracking one at that. The nose is a breakfast fruit salad of melon, grape, nectarine & tangerine, flowing into stem ginger pudding with custard on the palate.
