Distillery Notes:

Nose: sweet and smoky on the nose, the peat smoke influence comes through in notes of toasted marshmallows and smoked ham. Notes of dark chocolate and clove develop with time.

Palate: the coastal influence comes to the forefront on the palate in notes of sea salt and fishing nets, along with a sweetness reminiscent of candied apples and toffee.

Finish: the sweet peat influence remains in the finish in a burnt candy note.
