Notes
Smoked ham on a buttered roll and a paper bag of lemon bonbons. More citrus and vanilla on the palate with a pleasant surge of ashy smoke and light pepper on the finish.

Blackened bananas, stewed greengage, cracked black pepper. An intriguing nose! Fresh citrus on the palate, with honey and delicate peat smoke, rolling around to more citrus and a touch of mint on the finish.

Noses a wee bit younger than you’ld expect from a 10 year, but the bright, complex spirit is full of baked pears, sherry richness, touches of ginger and white pepper and a pleasingly drying puff of smoke at the close.

Barley sugars, salted caramel, blanched almond and dried apricots on the nose. Initial delicate sweetness on the palate gives way to creamy cereal – Special K topped with granola! – and a drying finish.
