Notes
Initial tartness of green apple softens to warming orange oil and subtle stem ginger, oaty honey flapjack and biscuity lemon cheesecake. An elegant dram that takes you on a gentle journey.

Salted milk chocolate, pecans drizzled in honey, baked apples with a dusting of icing sugar. A very engaging palate, it asks to be sipped again; light and sweet at first, with malty characters of butter pastry and enduring mouthfeel.
