Ardnamurchan Single Cask 2015 first-fill Oloroso butt. Mature and complex beyond its years…you have to try it! Only 662 bottles produced.

Distillery Notes:

• Nose: Red plum, capsaicin, barbeque sauce, pickled jalapeno. Hickory wood and beef jerky. Concord grape jelly and seaweed. Dr Pepper, cola bottles, strawberry coulis, blackcurrant leaf.
• Palate: White grape juice, beach pebbles, tomato chutney, fatty avocado, deciduous forest and the sweet brine of a freshly shucked scallop. Ashy, rich and spicy.
• Finish: Beautifully round and full, lingering finish.

A rich, decadent combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez matured whiskies, and peated and peated distillates.

Distillery Notes:

• Nose: Murray mint, bonfire on the beach, salted peanut ice-cream, tomato stalks, freshly bitten Brazil nut, sundried tomatoes.
• Palate: Tarry rope, bung cloth, smoky bacon, old tractor shed, peanut brittle, sticky spare-ribs.
• Finish: Crashing waves, sea-salt, fusty bothy, cigar shop.
