Distiller’s Note:

“Single Estate” means that all agaves used to make this tequila have come from one specific field after 8 (ocho!) growth. It will be at least 8 years before we harvest this field again.

It is made carefully in small qualities the artisanal way of times past. This results in a pure tequila which has an exceptionally full and complex agave flavour while being smooth and balanced.
