Achroous is Electric’s signature gin, made in Leith, Edinburgh, since 2015. It’s an aromatic spirit with a solid whack of juniper, a slight anis sweetness from the addition of fennel seed, as well as fragrant earthy and citrus notes provided by a good handful of Sichuan peppercorns.
