Each cuvee of Consolation is available only in very limited quantities, often just two barrels. Hand-picked Roussane Sauvage grapes from 60-70 year old vines are barrel fermented in new oak. A great example of what old vines can do – like a rich Meursault Burgundy at a more affordable price.
