Starts with freshly grated waxy lemons, before you get caramelised apples drizzled in golden syrup all leading to coffee & milk chocolate finish. The Graduate Dram started because we would release bottles on significant anniversaries for the shop and we traditionally put the name of all the staff who work in the shop on the back label to acknowledge the huge contribution they make to making Luvians a special place to work and to shop. Unfortunately, as the significant anniversaries got further apart it meant some great staff never got immortalised so we decided to introduce an annual bottling commemorating our staff, the graduating Luvians class if you will, thus The Graduate Dram or ‘Grad Dram’ as it became affectionately known was born – every bottle featuring the names of all Luvians staff members who had worked at the company in the previous year.

Amazing pink onion-skin colour, like a good Provencal rose! The nose is pleasing and mellow: rhubarb and cream, wild strawberries and hint of sea salt. A malty note joins the sweet fruit on the palate; it's like rhubarb cheesecake with a salted biscuity base and a dusting of nutmeg!

This lives up to its name, separating itself from most of its Speyside companions! Salty smoke with subtle medicinal notes and mint on the nose, combined with sweet, stewed apple, toasted oats and charred oak. Extremely pleasant to sip, with fruity sweetness giving way to firey cracked black pepper, before rolling back to whisps of bonfire smoke and a mellow finish.

Notes of warm lemon and clementine, and a hint of heather. Beautiful, satin mouthfeel, vibrant fruit and vanilla, with warm spices and a touch of drying wood in the finish. Like a big cuddle!
