Red fruits on the nose. A silky, elegant palate with hints of vanilla and good length. Perfect with mature cheeses, pasta and pizza! (Winemaker's Note)
Lightly-oaked white burgundy exhibiting a delicate balance of the tropical and mineral characteristics typical of the maconnais.
Vince's note: the absolute bees knees with a good fish supper! Winemaker's note: Aroma with good intensity, ripe white fruit such us apple and peach. Aniseed notes, fennel. Reminiscences of patisserie, yeast and dry flowers notes. Dried nuts. We experience the work of more than five years of aging on the lees. Wide on entry, full and creamy on the palate. Thick and velvet. The dry white flowers and fruit aromas come back on the palate. Good acidity provides a refreshing and lasting finish.
Barley sweets, creamy vanilla and malted biscuits. A great dram from the wee gem just up the road!
