Full bodied with intense ripe dark fruits, smoky meatiness and a creamy texture.

Vince's note: the absolute bees knees with a good fish supper! Winemaker's note: Long ageing Cava of strong character from its ageing on lees. Yellow colour with golden reflections, bright with fine bubbles. In the nose it is creamy, highlighting the fruity notes with a background of toasted nuts. Fresh palate, silky and structured. Enjoy with:
- Grilled and Roasted White Meats
- Fish/Shellfish
- Casseroles/Stews
£26.99
Typical of Chablis this wine expresses beautifully fresh bouquet of citrus and white peach. It has elegant minerality which gives length and structure. Perfect with seafood, sushi and simple, grilled fish.
£76.00
All the classic sweet elements you would expect froma single grain, but more polished and precise than you often find. On the palate, there's Manuka honey, cinder toffee and candied orange peel dipped in dark chocolate. There's also a touch of ginger spiciness at the finish to offset the sweetness. The discovery of James Eadie's 19th century ledgers revealed the contents of his long-lost Victorian warehouses. His favourite grain distillery was Cameronbridge and he sometimes matured his grain whiskies in ex-Marsala casks; a style seldom seen nowadays. This is James Eadie Ltd's first ever Single Grain Cask Finish, selected and bottled for Luvians, the family-run whisky specialists in the Kingdom of Fife, home of Cameronbridge Distillery. It was launched at the third annual Fife Whisky Festival in Cupar. This whisky is bottled at cask strength, natural colour and without chill-filtration. Limited bottling of just 275 bottles.
