The pristine palate displays great fruit purity with delicate lemon and lime flavours overlayed with toasted brioche and honey characters from bottle age. The perfect balance of fruit and natural acidity give a delicacy and finesse that are the hallmarks of Wigan Riesling. Released as an aged Riesling in limited quantities, it is drinking well now and has excellent cellaring potential.

Light yellow-gold in colour, this Pecorino has a lightly spiced nose from the partial oak ageing which gives way to a fine, floral and ripe citrus fruit character on the palate. On the palate, the wine has a good length with ripe pear characters continuing through to the finish.
