Winemaker’s note:

Subtle notes of red fruit and wild strawberries, accompanied by notes of forest floor, dampness and wet earth. Toasted notes from the barrel aging display a smoky side. The palate surprises with crisp acidity, which lends depth and juiciness to the wine. Good structure and smooth, friendly tannins that work well with the acidity to produce a lengthy, persistent finish.
