From hand-harvested grapes from Agly Valley, some from late ripening vineyards planted at 500m above sea-level. An aromatic blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne and Macabeo, with a round, fresh palate full of mineral, salty notes with just a hint of smoke on the finish.
