A Limited Bottling from Lindores Abbey Distillery. Matured exclusively in Bourbon Barrels of exceptional quality for over three years, developing a distinctive profile. This Lindores Single Malt is bottled at the distillery at our unique Limited-Edition strength of 49.4% ABV.
Nose: Mellow fruity, red apples and pears combined with sweet vanilla, butterscotch and custard with citrus touches.
Palate: Vanilla mixed with orchard fruits like green cooking apples, citric pith with a hint of bitterness covered with oaky wood notes and spicy peppery touches.
