Notes
Distillery Notes:
Nose:
A creamy delight. Toffee and cereal notes interspersed with bursts of freshly picked strawberries and ripe watermelon.
Palate:
Robust and steadfast with a dry, creamy oiliness. Sugared almonds are heavily present as well as a dash of cinnamon.
Finish:
Creamy with an evolving length which coats the mouth and finally gives up its peaty origins.

The nose kicks off like a walk through a summer garden, finished off with round of buttered granary toast with honey. The palate is big, the floral notes giving way to pears in syrup, some lightly charred oak and a touch of salt.

Noses a wee bit younger than you’ld expect from a 10 year, but the bright, complex spirit is full of baked pears, sherry richness, touches of ginger and white pepper and a pleasingly drying puff of smoke at the close.

Digestive biscuits covered in slices of banana, chocolate chips and a drizzle of honey. On the palate it shows from soft, sweet spice and a golden syrup finish.
