This 30 year old blended Scotch whisky has been produced to recapture that Spirit of Freedom so evident when Robert the Bruce’s army of Scots defeated Edward II’s much larger English force in the shadow of Stirling Castle on 24th June 1314.
Whiskies from around Scotland contribute a range of flavours and aromas, crafted together to provide a classic representation of the best that Scotland has to offer.
Just 2014 bottles have been produced.
(We have not yet had the opportunity to taste it but esteemed colleagues in the trade have extolled its virtues describing an excellent whisky full of double cream, honey, floral and fruity notes and plenty of malt!)
