Distillery Note:
Our first release under Vintage Collection will be Old Perth Vintage Collection 1996. For this limited edition we have used single malts exclusively matured in Oloroso and PX Sherry casks and all distilled in 1996. We have also used a small portion of single malt from Islay to create depth, balance and complexity and bringing the brand “closer to home” due to our connection with Islay. Old Perth 1996 is bottled at 55.8% vol.
The 1996 limited edition bottling is and exceptional dram which is rich and complex with layers of stewed fruits, spices and a gentle smoky note on the finish.
