Malted barley, horlicks, mash in the mashtun. Heather wildfire, black tea, golden syrup and lemon sponge. On the palate more golden syrup in the tin, smoked tea, malted barley, pear, peach melba, sea spray and heather flowers.

On the nose warm aromas of butterscotch, toffee and vanilla, with some citrus fruits. On the palate it is sweet and spicy; fresh fruits and honey combine to create a long, warming finish.
