Notes
Wisps of smoky iodine, leather, polish, Nutella, ginger syrup, walnuts and orange peel compete for attention before lemon and green apple, held together by Octomore smoke and salty rope. On the palate smoke, oak and fruit eventually fade to give way to salted caramel, marzipan vanilla and crusty, malty bread.

Dark chocolate and coffee mingle with oily smoked fish, cracked black pepper and lemon balm. On the palate more dark chocolate, smoky bacon, cloves, burnt toffee, an oily, briny texture and a tarry finish. Beach, bonfire, friends.

Plenty of ripe pears, nectarines and peaches alongside a fair whack of cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is all crystalised fruits – ginger, orange peel and cherry, with the odd one perhaps dipped in chocolate.
